I have been making documentary drawings for many years. Documentary artists draw live action as it takes place just as War Artists or documentary film crews do.
Commissions have included sports venues, factories, film sets & theatres,
building sites and all manner of locations.

Recent Documentary Projects :-

DLA Piper Artist in Residence for the new LJMU Art & Design Academy. As the DLA Piper Artist in Residence, I documented life in the firm's offices on Water Street and the ongoing regeneration of Liverpool's city centre.

Artist in Residence Chester Roman Amphitheatre
This project records the excavation of Chester's Roman Amphitheatre through the summer of 2004.

I was Artist in Residence at Huyton Village Merseyside
producing a suite of drawings, sound recordings, and a mural installation.

Artist in Residence at Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen University Hospital 1997 - 99, exhibition, book, and tour.
Acquisitions were made by the Wellcome Foundation, National Museum of Science & Industry and the Royal College of Surgeons.
